A registration form for a Claims Reviewer must be done online by the Chiropractor for whom the CR will be working.

Steps to add a CR: 

1. The Chiropractor should login to their profile.
2. Click on the Clinic tab and then select the clinic.
3. Click the blue plus button to add a CR.
4. Then click the "Add Claims Reviewer to Database" button and follow that process.
5. Once the CR has been added the fee can be paid online.
