A registration form for a Chiropractic Assistant must be done online by the Chiropractor for whom the CA will be working.
Steps to add a CA:
- The Chiropractor should login to their profile.
- Click on the Clinic tab and then select the clinic.
- Click the blue plus button to add a CA.
- Then click the "Add Chiropractic Assistant to Database" button and follow that process.
- Once the CA has been added the fee can be paid online.
