Online RT Registration Form

 A registration form for a Radiological Technologist may be done online by the Chiropractor that the RT will be working for.

Steps to add RT  

1. The Chiropractor should login to their profile.
2. Click on the Clinic tab and then select the clinic.
3. Click the blue plus button to add a RT.
4. Then click the "Add Radiological Technologist to Database" button and follow that process.
